The fee for this service is $99 for holdings under $10,000 or 0.99% of sale value for holdings over $10,000.

The maximum transaction threshold is $1,000,000 AUD.

If you're a U.S. citizen, you will be required to use the Sale Authority form.

In accordance with the Terms & Conditions, a sale request is irrevocable and cannot be withdrawn, amended or cancelled.

Our online Registry Share Sale service offers AUD to an Australian bank account.

Our online Employee Share Sale service offers AUD to an Australian bank account or International Bank Wire. 

Our Sale Authority form service offers AUD to an Australian bank account or International Money Transfer.

To view and download your sale receipt or track the status of your trade, log in to your Portfolio and click:

1. Transact
2. Sell or Sell/Transfer for employee shares
3. Select View Pending/Completed Transactions

You can set a specific price (Limit Order) online. This order is only valid for the day it is submitted. If there is no buyer, the sale will lapse and you will need to resubmit the order the following day.

Our Sale Authority form service does not have this option.

If you don’t have the above you will be required to provide the below with your Sale Authority form.

• International Travel Document – foreign passport (Not expired)
• Proof of Age Card (Not expired)
• National Identity Card (Not expired)
• Birth Certificate or Extract of Birth - Australian or Foreign
• Citizenship Certificate - Australian or Foreign

If you don’t have any of the above documents mentioned, then you will need to attach 2 documents below:

• Medicare Card or Medicare refund notice
• A Commonwealth of Australia Pension card or Healthcare card including a Veteran’s Affairs card
• A financial benefit notice issued by the Commonwealth, State or Territory within the last 12 months
• An income tax assessment notice issued within the last 12 months
• A local government notice or public organisation notice e.g. rates notice, stamp duty notice, insurance, vehicle registration, bank statement etc.

To register your mobile for your holding, just follow these simple steps:

First you need to complete the setup for Security Code Registration.

1. Log in to your Portfolio
2. Hover over your initials in the top-right corner of the screen 3. Select User Settings > Security Code Registration
3. Select ‘Request Security Code’ for the holding.
4. A registration Security Code will be posted to your registered address with the activation instructions.

In the app:

1. Log in to your Portfolio
2. Click on the 'hamburger' top left corner
3. Tap User Settings > Security Code Registration
4. Select ‘Request Security Code’ for the holding.
5. A registration Security Code will be posted to your registered address with the activation instructions.

Once you have received the Security Code by post, return to the Investor Centre to complete activation and verification of your mobile number.

To calculate the sale proceeds, multiply the number of securities by the indicative market price*, then subtract applicable fee.

* The actual sale proceeds will be recalculated based on the actual sale price.

A marketable parcel is defined as a holding of securities with a market value of at least $500 AUD, based on the last sale price of the securities.

Yes, however the online sale facility is only available for employee plans in the App. Please use the desktop site for all other sales.

Yes, you do not need to sell your entire holding. You can sell a portion of your shares if the value of the sale is more than the facilitation fee.

Your securities will not be sold for less than the amount inputted. Sales that are not filled in whole or part by end of the trading day will be cancelled to the extent not met, with the unfilled portion of securities being returned to the holding.

If you are participating in the DRP and entitled to a dividend after you sell your shares, please be aware that you may receive additional shares after the sale is completed. We recommend reviewing your DRP election and dividend entitlement prior to selling shares to avoid unexpected residual holdings.
