If you require an urgent sale or if our facility does not meet your needs, we suggest you contact a licensed stockbroker to arrange the sale of your shares directly.

1. The facilitation fee is more then the net sale proceeds; or
2. The remaining value of the holding is less than a marketable parcel (A marketable parcel is defined as a holding of securities with a market value of at least $500 AUD, based on the last sale price of the securities).
