Investor Centre

1. Go to Investor Centre and click on “Register"

2. Enter a personal email that you’d like to use to for the Investor Centre Account, tick “I’m not a robot” and then select generate code

3. Enter a personal email that you’d like to use to for the Investor Centre Account, tick “I’m not a robot” and then select generate code

1. Enter your personal details and click “Register”

2. Proceed to login with the newly created account details

1. Choose one of the three MFA enrollment options: Okta Verify (recommended), Google Authenticator, or phone
2. For Okta Verify and Google Authenticator, download the respective mobile applications
3. If you choose Okta Verify, you will need to scan the QR code with your mobile phone to enroll with Okta Verify
4. Once you have completed the enrollment for one MFA option, click "Continue" to enter the Investor Centre platform or set up another method of MFA

*Top tip: When setting up MFA, we recommend enabling more than one option. This way, if you ever lose access to one method, such as your mobile phone, you can still login using another method. This ensures you always have a backup and can access your account securely without interruption

1. Complete the previous three steps.
2. On the next page, you will be prompted to add your holdings.
3. Alternatively, navigate to "Portfolio" under the "Holdings" section at the top of the page and select "Add Holding."
4. Enter the necessary holding details
5. Click "Continue"
6. Your holdings will then be added successfully with the correct details

Your existing Signal shares account will no longer be available. To continue managing your portfolio, you will need to create a new account with the Investor Centre. Please note that your holdings will not be transferred automatically. This allows you to take full advantage of the new portfolio management features offered by the Investor Centre.

Rest assured, your holdings details, including shareholdings and/or employee share plans, will remain securely stored in our core systems. You simply need to add them to your new Investor Centre account to access and manage them seamlessly.

With Investor Centre, you can effortlessly access and update your holdings just as you did with Signal shares. However, Investor Centre offers several exciting new features:

• Enhanced Security: Your account is now more secure with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as a standard feature, giving you peace of mind
• Connected and Convenient: You can now add all your holdings administered by MUFG Corporate Markets, simplifying your wealth management in one place
• Access Anywhere: Investor Centre is available both as a web portal and a mobile app, allowing you to manage your holdings from any device, at any time.

No, all services have been migrated to the Investor Centre. Please use the new and improved platform to manage your portfolio.

Simply visit the Investor Centre and follow the registration steps shown above and add your holdings.

If you try to register a new account with an email address or username that is already in use, we will let you know. If you already have an Investor Centre account but have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on “Forgot Password” on the sign-in screen.
